Treebird Availability

Treebird is available within our business hours, which are Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM. We’ll make sure you know when we are closed for holidays, or if your point of contact is going to be out-of-office. If your point of contact is out-of-office, we'll make sure you have a contact to reach in case of an emergency.

Account Ownership

Because it’s important for you to maintain ownership of your accounts, Treebird is not responsible for setting up your social media accounts. Our Set Up Guide offers a step-by-step for setting up each platform. If you need assistance, we can help guide you via a Zoom session at our hourly rate.

Providing Treebird with Information

To provide the most accurate information to your audience, Treebird must be kept in the loop regarding hours and holiday hours, menu updates or changes to your offerings, and any other pertinent information. If your business is a restaurant, please keep your Menu Guide up-to-date. If you notice a post outside of Treebird’s business hours that has incorrect information AND the correct information was not communicated to us with at least 2 business days notice, it is your responsibility to edit the information.

Content Approvals

We will always send your social media graphics for approval. If we haven’t heard back within 3 business days, we will assume the graphic is approved for posting.

Day-Of Requests

We understand that sometimes things pop-up last minute, so we do our best to accommodate day-of requests. Here are our guidelines for day-of requests:

  • If we’re approved to use a photo or graphic from your current content library, please send us requests by 2PM.

  • If you are sending us the content you want posted, please send us requests by 2PM.

  • If you need an in-feed graphic, please let us know by 12PM. For day-of requests, we are unable to accommodate edits.

Design and Website Projects

We’d love to work with you on additional design or website projects, however these are not included in your Social Media Retainer. Heather, our project manager, will be your point of contact for these projects. You can contact her at heather@treebirdbranding.com.

Scope of Work

Your strategy and proposal outline the monthly deliverables included in your retainer. Once we’ve completed them, you can request additional content at our hourly rate.

Legal Responsibilities

Treebird is not responsible for any legal work. This includes, but is not limited to, determining legal requirements for giveaways, privacy policies for lead-generating campaigns, and email or SMS marketing consent.

There may be exceptions to the policies granted at the discretion of Treebird Branding.
