Using a Middle English phrase for distilled spirits to name a liquor store? Yes, please. While our clients were initially a little nervous about the name, they’ve received glowing feedback from day one on not only the name and branding—which included bold color choices including a plum ceiling— but also the store itself, which they designed as a “liquor store where any woman can feel comfortable.”

Taking its name from an old English term for intoxicating spirits, Strong Water’s warehouse-style store contains a full mile of product shelving, meaning we stock the widest selection of beers, wines, liquors, spirits, and mixers along with a full range of cigars and tobacco products.
