Blue Orbit is the national hospitality consulting team that provides immediate insights and lasting solutions to restaurateurs, real-estate developers, and hotel and restaurant groups to cultivate and execute new concepts and menus, revitalize and reposition underperforming restaurants, and manage operations to streamline processes, unify culture, and drive profits.
As their client base began expanding and after 13 years in business, the group came to us for a new and more sophisticated look. Adding larger clients and more corporate accounts to their roster, the brand needed to shift to speak to their new audience while not alienating the existing.
Their original logo was transformed with a sans-serif type for a clean, crisp look. We kept the brand colors in the family of blues to convey a sense of value and trust that translates across all of their audience demographics. The circular icon represents the support and connection they provide their clients (and is reflective of their name, of course).

Web Design and Widget Development
We developed an interactive website widget designed to evaluate restaurant operations through a quick questionnaire. Users answer a series of questions about their restaurant, and the widget generates a performance grade based on their responses. At the end, they can download their results for future reference. A key design element was the use of a robot icon—a tribute to the restaurant owner’s grandmother, who was the voice of Rosie the Robot from The Jetsons. This personal touch added a nostalgic yet futuristic feel, reinforcing the brand’s unique story while enhancing user engagement.
